We have now discovered over 100 sexually explicit books in Virginia Beach Schools.  These books can also be found in many districts across the state.  Under current guidelines in most schools, graphic sexually explicit books are being provided to children but providing these same books to children outside the school setting would be illegal based upon state law.

A list of these books and descriptions can be below.  The summary is brief, but if you click on the link it will give examples of the language that is in the books that can be explicit and can be disturbing even to adults.
